This motorcycle itinerary starts and ends in Milan, Lombardy. The loop follows the Adda river east to the UNESCO-listed worker village of Crespi d'Adda (frazione of Capriate San Gervasio, Bergamo province), then crosses the river via the historic San Michele Bridge of 1889 between Calusco d'Adda and Paderno d'Adda.
